Visiting Sofia Airport Center is always interesting because one can see how the interior of the multi-purpose building is quickly changing. For the management of the project, 2011 will be the opening year for this eagerly awaited facility with 17,000 sq.m of class A office space. The logistics center has a total built-up area of 28,000 sq.m and allows each storage cell to be separated into sections. The office building in the business park is LEED-certified for sustainable construction (energy efficiency and healthy working environment) – a differentiating factor from other office buildings.

The village of Petarch is 23 km away from Sofia, in the municipality of Kostinbrod. That is where the warehousing logistics base of Solinex is located. It offers storage of goods within the temperature range of +18 to -45 degrees Celsius. This allows the storage of various types of goods, excluding petroleum products, explosive substances and gaseous chemical products.

In a situation of reduced economic activity and consumption, the main factor that influenced the dynamics of the market was the market entry of discount chains.
