Lyudmil Dimitrov is the Supply Chain Director of Herti AD, Shumen. The company produces plastic, aluminum and composite bottle caps.
He appears a modest and quiet person, who manages firmly, despite his subtle approach. He avoids acting in an authoritarian manner and forcing people to do their job. He prefers having his team act creatively, which requires some freedom to act. Then, situations are analyzed better, and better decisions are made.
Among his strengths, he points out his composure which he tries to convey to his employees. He believes it is best to work in a calm environment in order to make the best decision. Stress in the work place leads to blunders.
